Lousy hotel , website shows different pictures and what's there in reality is lousy only. Definitely not worth the money they charge !

Not bad!
Isn't one of the best hotels you might visit (quality wise and restaurant) however I truly enjoyed my stay there!
Cost wise: cheap!
Certainly is a choice for a getaway Holliday, or for spending some quality time by yourself

The hotel is not good and it has only one small pool
The food quality is very bad and causes me stomach problems

The hotel room was average it needs maintenance and renovations
The view from the hotel room was nice
The beach is clean
Talking money wise; the amount of money paid is considered one of the cheapest in Egypt but the service presented is not cost effective.
The most obvious drawbacks we faced were as follows:
1- House keeping staff only cleaned our room ONCE during our 8 days stay and this was after we called them
there is a huge deficiency in the working staff who are supposed to start cleaning the rooms at 8 am (as we were told) but we never saw them start working before 12 pm!! what we could get was more supplies (soap, shampoo, shower geletc) but we stayed in the room with the same bed sets and uncleaned for 8 days
2- Delay in responding to guests (due to the deficiency in the working staff too)
2- The dinner buffet is very limited and repeated daily which is very boring
3- They washed the plastic disposable cups to be reused by the guests during the breakfast and the dinner
4- I discovered green fungus over the side of my cake accidentally after eating almost half of it
5- The beach is far from the hotel (no direct view of the sea as mentioned on the internet)
6- The WiFi connection is very very poor and only available at the terrace and never reaches the rooms
7- The air condition in the dinning area was not sufficient
8- The entertainment program needs to be reconsidered, too limited and repeated daily
9- The tennis and squash areas are closed
In short, the place could be much better if the owner renewed and maintained it properly.response / report this review -
