  Complete waste of time and money. Beforehand I put a lot of emphasis that I needed a deep tissue massage, for Upper Cross syndrome and they assured me that they can provide top quality service.
  
  Instead, I got relaxation massage. Throughout the process I mentioned time and again that much higher pressure was needed to losen up the muscles and the person kept saying yes, but to no avail. Even the person had no idea about body's anatomy and when I mentioned about IT bend and AC joint he was completely blank.
  
  Client has the first say. When I say I need higher pressure, the therapist who does not know body anatomy is not in a position to put his judgement based on scar on my back, unless he is not a professional and does not know what he is doing. I have received deep tissue massage numerous times in Canada and the UK and all professionals know what they need to do, despite the two tiny scars on my back. It is not that the scars on my back look like as if I had a fight with a Lion!
  
  They bring excuses for having 10 Min trial. By the time I realized that the therapist knew nothing about body anatomy, it was past the 10 min mark.
  
  Go there only if you are after someone rubbing oil to your body.

  My experience was terrible. They were not friendly at all. I was surprised.. the owner of the place Hidi was extremely rude. I would not recommend the place for anyone from a customer service stand point. Honestly, a very poor experience.
  Unfortunately as you can see from below reviews, the staff have an attitude problem and are not customer service oriented.
  To be 100% honest , there were two individuals Mr. Omar and Mr. John who were friendly and nice. The owner / manager Ms. Hidi was shockingly rude though.
  I did not believe the negative reviews at first, but today, I experienced it firsthand myself, honestly, if you are looking for more than one star level of service , look elsewhere.
  ( please read their responses to my review and others as well and you can understand how unprofessional tand aggressive they are. Its even funny how such ill tempered people are in the massage business lol 😆 😂
  Finally, I just wanna add that Ms.Hidi, I have nothing but respect for you and your crew I honest to God want nothing but to have no hard feelings with you. Please, accept me advice if you wish to work in the customer service industry, that's not the attitude to have Ms. Hidi.. Happy Eid to you and your family and crew. Afterall, i really wish you a good day.

  It was very good place for massage. My therapist mane was Omar! he is amazing, I recommended him. And staff was very good, too. Have a good massage and relax!

  An excellent choice if you seek a deep massage with a very polite stuff and masseuses, I liked this place very much. But its will be more convenient if the call center ask the customers about their preferences regarding the masseuse gender.

  I literally cannot believe this place is in Cairo! I mean for a second you forget you are here.
  Everybody working there is Asian, they are all so polite and very very professional.
  It’s price is good and same as most places yet they provide way better service.
  My massage therapist was indian and she was very friendly and professional.
  I will definitely be a regular.
