Very nice mosque and architecture. Unfortunately the area surrounding it in a very bad condition.

One of the most beautiful mosques in all of Egypt. Go to the mosque and wander around in quiet since you will likely have the mosque all to yourself.

I don't recommend you to go if you're not egyptian , muslim , or if your stay in alexandria is limited cause this city has alot to show you
