One of the best customer experiences in a long time.All staff very friendly and helpful.The management,Rana Hakam is extremely professional.

There was only one person working on the front desk so the wait time was very high , 2 hours (eventhough I was there at 9:30am) after It is finally my turn , I find out that they still have not processed 2 certificates so I had to wait for an additional 40 minutes. Girl on the front desk was very helpful but the place is clearly understaffed.

Amidzeft. Very slow (it’s taking them MONTHS to do what was done in another amideast within weeks) and the chick with orange/golden hair is obviously not trained for the job. Oh and the power might go out twice during your lengthy wait for your turn.
