No respect for delivery time

They may have nice collection, but they always don't have stock from what you ask. Previous experience with them, i bought ceramic with certain color, they said that it doesn't exist, but they will get them. At the end they failed the commitment and i got to get another color.
I tri d recently to buy some stuff again, they said it will take a month to get the stuff. Other place they have stock almost for everything.

An advice, never buy something not in their stock at the moment
