Such an interesting place! I could still feel the spirits of these people roaming around the house Can't say it would be a great joy for a tourist to visit it though, as the house is owned by someone ( not the government) and he has barricaded the windows and closed the doors with brick walls! it is said that he uses it as a storage place but no one really knows if that's the real reason it's barricaded. Anyway u can only see it from outside and a neighboring little "cafe" - if u can call it that - offers drinks and a few pictures of the late 1920's murderers

مكان تاريخي فيه عبق الماضي بكل مافيه من بساطه .. قل بكل مافيه من بدائية وجهل وفقر وعفوية من قِبل أُناس يعيشون علي طبيعتهم .. زمن جميل رغم مافيه من ضيق العيش والحرمان وبدائية .. ولكن هو التاريخ الذي يجب البحث والغوص فيه لإستنتاج العبر ..

Actually Raya and sakina house is just a closed house covered with scrap things around while nothing remaind from the police station except one open room on the main road which became a garbage point. I was disappointed because I wasn't expecting such touristic place to be abandoned like this. At the end it's part of history.

منزل ريا وسكينة بحى اللبان بمدينة الإسكندرية، من أكثر الأماكن شهرة بالأسكندرية، نظرا لما شهده هذا المنزل من جرائم وحشية ارتكبتها اثنتان من أكثر النساء دموية فى تاريخ مصر، احترفتا اصطياد السيدات وقتلهن بهدف السرقة، ودفنهن فى نفس المنزل الذى كانتا تسكنان فيه، فبمجرد وصولك إلى “قسم اللبان” وهو قسم الشرطة الذى اعترفت فيه السفاحتان بجرائمهما، تجد العشرات من الذين يقدمون مساعدتهم لمن يمرون بهذه المنطقة، خاصة الأطفال الأقل من 15 عاماً، والذين تبدو عليهم علامات الرعب والخوف بمجرد الوصول إلى هذا المنزل، لاعتباره مكاناً مخيفاً مليئا بالأشباح طبقاً لما يتداوله الناس عن هذه المنطقة.
