The branch is usually very crowded and there is few chairs for the waiting crowd. Customer Support members are incredibly slow getting things done and they don't understand or respect that information such as salary and account balance are confidential and should not be said and repeated loudly while the crowd is everywhere (especially when there is no separators). The only benefit for which I have given the 3 stars is that interest rate offered for saving is the highest. One more good thing is the online banking, It is not great but sufficient to check basic data.
