_Bad services
_Unprofessional and arrogant employees
_You can wait hours inside the bank waiting your turn , it's just chaos
_The telephon banking is nothing more than paying your credit cards payments
_No online services other than viewing your balance and checking statements
_you can complain but it won't fix the level of services its just a simple mind bank not at the level of high technology and services
_ dealing with transfers From/To outside is a nightmare
