  Has a long lines usually, low variation in products but always cheap. You will some local "elite" customers and other alcoholics a lot. So it is like scary disneyland. Estonian language is used only because of government regulations. Also you can spot on tuesday morning and evening at 9:50 group of native tribe warriors, ready to stricke liquer shelfs with their return package cheques. Life of professional alcoholic tribe is not easy you know.
