  Decent accommodation, great staffs at the hotel administration desk. Price point is also good for value delivered.

  - Minimum comfort
  + Close to city center
  + Shops nearby
  + Condom and coffee machines at hall
  - A little bit noisy sometimes
  - Minimum information at reception
  - I was forced to wait at reception for personnel at cehck-in and check-out

  The whole structure is dirty but safe.
  I strongly suggest to bring your own kitchen stuff (ex. Pan, knives and forks, mops,).
  No heating in the rooms.
  
  Anyway, it’s just 10 minutes far from the city centre, bus station and markets are really close to the building.

  Me staying for half a year at Raatuse. I'm on exchange program at the University of Tartu. They offered a hostel to stay for the period being. They charge 210 a month for a 2-person room. You get an appartment with 2other rooms (6people total) who you share the kitchen and bathroom with. The bathroom has floor heating. The kitchen is really basic without any basic cooking items like pots and pans. You just get two pits to cook on. For the price it's to much. I spotted twice cockroaches, for the 210 I pay I would at least expect some measurements. Overall it's not worth to stay here, I would search for other hostels or appartments to stay.

  Beds were already made as we came with my wife at our room, tea can, refrigerator and etc. Everything essential was there also cheap. Soft beds with warm blankets. Thank you for hospitality.
