I must admit that Viru auto acts by lying and deceiving customers. I took two cars in good faith to where

(a) BMW needed a wheel bearing replacement and, according to them, both of the first stabilizer bones were in need of replacement. BMW took it on relatively quickly and got back an invoice of about 320 euros. A double axle stand was placed on the bill, but only the front wheels were bridged because the rear adjustment bolts could not be removed. They still dared to ask for money for the service. For the double bridge stand, we agreed to settle with another car. A few days later, the front axle started to make a sound, and when I looked down at the car, I discovered that only 1 of the two paid stabika bones had been exchanged. In the end, the work took a total of 5 hours. In my opinion, in 5 hours, every amateur will replace one wheel bearing and stable bones at the end of the knee. In addition, the original BMW abs and shoe sensor mounts had been replaced with bundles, and the shoe sensor was left between the new bone and the shock absorber, which had been able to create notches in the new bone while driving for a week. Certainly in the long run, the sensor would have needed to be replaced as it would have broken. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the car was fitted with 1 cheap side bone, but was asked for an even more expensive price for high-quality bone. This last statement is simply interesting information, because the sale of spare parts with a margin is probably an additional cash flow in the workshop business model and cannot be blamed for it.

b) VW needed to do more paint work, tire changes and diagnostics. Received the agreed amount of 850 euros which seemed reasonable. It was promised to be done in two weeks. 2.5 weeks passed and there was still nothing to hear from the car. I called the Viru car workshop, where it was announced that the whole workshop is unfortunately in quarantine and this week the workshop is completely closed. Since this statement seemed to me completely sucked out of the pen, I decided to travel on the spot the next day and ohh a surprise. The whole workshop worked at full speed and Viru's car informed me that it was working out of quarantine for the first day. What a surprise. After a brief conversation, I decided to get my other car out of there. By that time, bodywork had still not begun.

Unfortunately, I have to admit that the favorable price and high quality allowed on the Viru car website are very subjective evaluations of the given work. At the very least, we hope that this workshop considers itself a level of service, because from the customer's point of view, this statement is very doubtful. :)
