  Yes they have all what needed for cycling but when it comes to after sales service they show the heart of their low quality service. No one speak English, no one can explain to you whats your bike problem or what they fixed, expensive, the way they store customers bike is messy as hell, your 4000 euro carbon bike could get scratches easy there and the maintenance job done for your bike is half ass!! Bike dirty, oil or grease everywhere and couple scratches for you to keep remember their worst service. I wonder how they have Cube trust to sell and maintain their bikes. Bottom line, buy from online stores and learn to service your bike by your self rather than put it in these people hands!!

  We came from germany with our bikes and after a long tour through Latvia and Estonia, we wanted to fly home from tallinn to Frankfurt. So how to pack the bikes save for flying?
  Veloplus gave us perfekt service, we got very carefully packed bikes and they helped us to come to the airport. We are extremly satisfied and happy with the service from veloplus.
