.i luv this small eatery @ the Estonian Road Museum in Põlva County ..a cute arrangement for indoor or outdoor eating..friendly service & you choose your meal from a buffet, which is then paid for by weightAlso they do a very yummy coffee & pancakes with strawberry conserve..on a beautiful sunny day, sitting outside the lush green view is wunderbar! ~ : ) U may even see the horse & carriage clip, clop by, whilst sipping your caffè latte..
