Is't a company policy that you don't offer your client card. last one and half year i have been visiting in your shop 3 - 4 times per month, bought everything to my two dogs from your shop, spend hundreds and hundreds euros and you never asked if i have your client card. Once i asked if you have, and the answer was no! Finally today your shop assistant kindly gave me your client card. Of cource i needed to ask but anyway
