Great for shot specials, some of them awesomely tasty, buuuut this place is literally only for shots, beer costs more than liquor, and empty as heck during the week.

Ah, The Patcave. Previously a home for the Kohvik Noorus - you can start a party here or end a party here - doesn't matter. What matters is, that you should definitely stop by when you are having drinks in the old town. Quite a bunch of great pubs/cafes/whatever places nearby so you can even just use it as a pub crawl destination. Quiet-ish on the workdays, gets crazy on the weekends.
