  works during holiday and late hours, what is a plus. However on 6th of May, afternoon, I was changing 60 GBP, cash, to Euros. Got 60 Euros and some change, while official rate was around 1.14, and their exchange rate was slightly less. Looks like employees are so underpaid, and to survive in this world they do variety of low-level scum tricks
