The biggest university in Tallinn. Besides education, there are good canteens located inside, perfect place for regular lunch as well.

The university is advancing and developing so fast. Mektory building has been accomplished this year, renovations, handicapped access all done this year. Most of the building are modern and up to date. They are transforming into the Nordic architecture style. New Estonia is attractive and seems that it's generating brilliant minds. Open education system with open feedbacks make the changes faster. Still there are somethings missing but you can annoy the management and they accept this openly and you see the changes happening. Quality of education varies and it depend on the specialisation and the lecturers. Each lecturer decide the way of teaching and then you can add your feedback and rate your lecturer. The mentality of teaching is close to the Finnish education system. No fear, unnecessary stress and traumas it's the place where your internal motive and the right environment make you love learning.
On the negative side the budget of the university is limited so this create some limitations. For example less sports varieties, shared dormitory rooms .etc
