Good place to get a paper map I guess.
I remember a kind male staff working here. Just to let future visitors know, you can take a small blue tour train going around Old Town right upside way of this information center.
Information available on two languages -English and Russian. Very kind and helpful staff
There are free tours at 12 every day and they are brilliant. Better than some professional ones back home
It's very nice place. With Wi-Fi and warm and cozy. Generally free walking tours star from here
Well, it does it’s job. They have it quite well equipped with complimentary maps and booklets
Very friendly and efficient. Very nice free tours and very nice excursion in Lahama national park.
Very helpful staff. I was asking for state agencies and they recommended me an agent directly and point me the most importants in the map
You can find only paid commercial ads on the wall. As well as very controversial feedback from my tourist clients. However my personal experience has always been positive.
Very good and honest guide. They are not going to take a single cent for sharing information about Estonia and for guiding you through out the tour. Guide exolained history of every monument and we were free to ask anything about any place.
Very informative and good selection of cute handcrafted souvenirs. Must visit as a first timer in Tallinn.
Very friendly and helpful. Lots of information and activities.
They are very well organised and got a printed guide for everything, which means you are good by yourself there exploring all the maps and guide books. If needed, there are always two or three present there to help and advice, and yes they speak good English
Located next to a sushi bar in the Old Town. Helpful English-speaking staff provide good info. Resting corner available inside the centre. Daily 2 ¹/₂ hrs free guided walking tours at 12 noon & 3 pm conducted by knowledgeable local university students. No booking required. Highly recommended. Please don't forget to show appreciations to the guide at the end of the tour.
Did a couple of tours from here, both great but not amazingly special. We did the ghost walk at night which was very interesting with a great guide, she was super friendly and a good laugh. And we did the day tour to the nearby national park, the tour was okay, we went to some random places though like a maritime museum, it seemed like some of the stops were time fillers. Great guide again though, so can't fault that!
