Great views over the city. Really interesting history of the tower, Estonian culture and of Estonia's path to independence. There's a café and restaurant at the top (food is excellent) and now you can take a walk outside whilst harnessed up to the tower. Highly recommended.

Really great place with a professional guide who gonna help you to understand the real meaning of the tower. Calm and comfortable place for groups.
Also, cheap price and really good restaurant up.
So if you want to see all Tallinn in less than 30 mins - this is a right place.response / report this review -

Awesome views on a clear day. Its a fairly self guided tour. Plenty of kiosks with interesting facts that kids can play with. And circular glass areas which shows the drop to the bottom, Scary to stand on if u have a fear of heights. But don't worry with a click of a button u can glaze the transparent glass over.

Good views over the city. There is a small museum and the worst 3d cinema I have ever been in (It just didn't work- try as I may to put the glasses on in different configurations it was still just two images). Take the lift up to the 22 for for a great view (entry about 5 euros) and a weirdly posh restaurant. You can catch the 34A bus from central Tallinn to get here. We walked most of the way back as it went through a nice forest and along the coast. It was snowing at the time which made it all look really good.

The one of the best place to visit in Tallinn, wonderful and attractive, there is a lift to go up. There friendly robo machines also an exhibition of old Russian living style.

Awesome view, extra activities and information about history. You have an hour to explore everything because a limited amount of people can go up there (although we didn't notice anyone keeping track of the time so it's nice if you do it yourself).

Great place with awesome views. 20th August, the Day of Restoration of Independence, is the day to visit. A family day is taking place with French and British soldiers, tanks, bands and other fun activities! If the French girl in uniform on the right on the pictures happens to see this, please get in touch via Facebook :)

The TV tower is not only what it is - it's also a painstakingly done museum and exhibition center. You can see not only the whole Tallinn from the glass - but walk outside by the wind using life-saving rope. There are hatches in the top of the TV tower exposing the height under your feet. Multimedia content with Tallinn residents' stories and science lectures is a nice addition to the place.

On 21st November it was closed and there was no information about that on the www site but at the TV tower entrance, a bad surprise!

There is robot museum at the 21st floor with lots of useful information. Remember to get into the restaurant on 22nd floor and get outside - there is a secret passage which unfortunately is closed in the case of bad weather. The view is picturesque but keep in mind that the tower is not situated in the heart of city. The visiting time is 1hour. It is possible to get there both by public transport as well as tourist guided buses.

A great view opens from viewing platform. Floor windows are awesome! Step on a white circle in the floor and it becomes transparent, showing you 160 m of nothing under your feet! Some other entertainment could be better.
