  If you are trying to make a bank account in this bank as a foreigner, you have to know that you are no one for them until you are a very wealthy person. Although
  they ask different kind of documentation and promise to give you positive or negative answer in one week, there is no answer at all. They are just not interested in you if you are not rich enough.
  I recommend "SEB bank", much better than other banks
