Really good place with amazing cappuccino! Pleasant view to Pirita beach. Nice background music. Good to go chat or read a book with your better-half.

Fantastic location right on the beach! The place is pleasant in Winter too. Good food quality. Reasonable prices. Free parking. Bus stop nearby. WARNING! The selection of tap beers is limited to a couple of sorts, which is simply wrong for a pub!

This St. Patrick's pub has the same cozy atmosphere as the ones in the city center, with equally friendly staff. It has one of the most beautiful sea fronts I have seen in Estonia, with a superbly long wall made of glass.

We gave this restaurant two stars. Star #1 for the nice view of the beach and the sunset. Star #2 because the food was cheap and edible, however students have been known to cook better food.

We ordered a pasta and a grilled pork fillet. The pasta was bland, boring, and one bit of chicken was located. The pork was fine, but it is hard to stuff up when it has been tenderised and smothered in BBQ sauce from a packet. We had the two recommended desserts and both were laughable. When we were students, we used to make microwavable cake in a cup; this was identical to the chocolate cake served at St. Patrick's. The apple and rhubarb cake had also been nuked in the microwave. At least they both came with ice cream (cooled the desserts down to an edible temperature).

The garlic bread! Omfg. The perfect amount of crunch (though it was soft bread), oil, garlic, and salt. I'd consider going back just for this appetizer. The sauce was a great match, too. I got the three course menu for 14€ and the salad was meh, pasta and dessert was good. Overall, good value for money. Plus, got tea or coffee included.

    Poor service and terrible food
Pro: the place wasn't too busy, so we found a table next to the panoramic glass windows with a great view to the sea and sunset
Con: the table wasn't cleaned for 15 minutes after we sat down (instead, empty tables around us were cleaned). When the waitress first came, she only took a few of the glasses away. We only received the menu when the waitress stopped the second time at our table - she did however not take the rest of the dirty dishes away at that time, she only did that when she returned to take our order. Drinks came after 5 minutes (which is long for just 2 drinks). We explained that we would have liked to receive the bottled beer in the bottle instead of getting it poured completely into the glass (no big deal however). For the starter we waited another 20 minutes. It was ok. The second beer came in the bottle, the 3rd in a glass again. Then the mains came: the Seljanka was undefinable soup with cheap sausage and the grilled chicken was raw (!). We sent the chicken back and asked for it not to appear on the bill. After another 5 minutes another waitress appeared with the bill (chicken was not on the bill) and accepted our complaints. She admitted we weren't the first ones who complain.
In total we saw 3 waitresses in the restaurant of which only one (ours) was actually working. The other 2 just tried to appear busy. The poor one tried her best to compensate for the other 2 but unfortunately it was too much for her.
We hope that the management will be able to work with such detailed feedback.

    Pros: Friendly waiters, nice location
Cons: Food is beyond disgustingly prepared (burned my pork once, next time chicken was dry and sour), constant excuses for not preparing non-alco drinks (if you are out of mint constantly, why domt you simply order more beforehand?). Its as if the management cuts corners while not caring about customers because they have a great spot.
PS. We had to wait for service 20 minutes last week even though it wasnt so crowded.

The amount of time we waited to get our order was 2 hours, didn't get my ice-cream because they forgot that I ordered it. Doesn't make any sense. In old Town everything was fast. Also we didn't get our tee/coffee.

Perfect view of sea. Very good service. There are high seats and normal seats available. You can watch the sunset from your table. There are seats outside . Not much vegan food but if you ask they make the soup vegetarian for you.

Taking our orders, the waiter asked "one bill or separately"? We said "separately" and he goes like "that is so much work for me, can't you all pay together?" - Why did he ask? We waited for our drinks for 12 minutes, the waiters weren't busy in the meantime. There were several tables with old dishes on them, those weren't cleaned.
The first meals came after 25 minutes, but only 3 of 5. The chicken in the Caesars salad was cold.
The pasta - ordered at the same time as all other food - came 15 minutes later. The first three were finished by then. People with empty glasses were not asked if they want more.
One of the (identical) pastas was cold. They seem to be prepared by two different chefs
One of the first meals were chicken wings which were partially still raw! We told that to the waitress who took our empty plates and she just said "OK". No excuse, no comment.
While we were still eating the pasta, an alarm in the restaurant - some burglary alarm, I guess - went off. The staff didn't do anything and it went on for like ten minutes. While the alarm was blaring, the waiters still gave out menus.
We wanted to pay while the alarm was going but couldn't. "we currently have a problem." So we had to wait until the alarm was shut down.
When we complained about the food we didn't get any positive response! We were not allowed to talk to the chef. They said that it couldn't have been that bad because we ate the chicken. Well, yes, not all of the wings were raw, but some were. But they said it was our fault that we ate the others.
We didn't get any apologies for anything! No rebate, nothing!

This place may have decent food sometimes, but the service - the waiters and the kitchen staff - sucks, big time! Despite the great view - which would totally be worth one star: if I could give zero stars, this place would be the ideal candidate for it!
