  Roads maintained, great example of last ice age formed landscape. Parking, toilet, camping ground with fireplace, raincover.

  We were here in December and you could still see snow on the ground. The road was icy and I mean ICY but it was worth it. If you like nature it’s really a beautiful park with many trails to follow.

  We visited the Hüpassaare hiking trail. It's in a good condition (although at one point the trail shows signs of sinking, you can get through with dry feet everywhere). Beautiful view, calm and quiet. Plenty of berries and little lizards and bugs to see. Just have to be careful while passing other people because the trail is narrow.

  The park is big and good for a nice, 4-5 km walk. There is a shorter, special track for disabled people. I barely saw any trash.

  Great and unique places to visit. Full of small oases, but as a pass-through destination for long hikes Soomaa is a dreadful place due to loooong stretches of uninteresting roads (up to 13km long super-straight gravel roads).
