Nice accommodation, in the city center, next to old town center. Central busstation in basement. Door to shopping mall. Museum inside. Clean rooms, quiet. Windows not to be open. Very good service. Nice breakfast, but tea too strong.

Our room was wonderful, the beds were really comfortable and it was nice that there were three different kind of pillows! I loved that you could get free coffee and little snacks from the shared space outside the rooms. The breakfast was really good, though there weren't that much to choose from, but the quality of the food was amazing (best grapes ever 🍇!!). Would visit again!

Breakfast was awesome. I loved the design of the rooms. Highly recommend the KGB museum tour although book in advance as some people were turned away.

Great comfortable rooms. Good quality WiFi. Nice lounges in corridors work complimentary snacks and coffee/tea. The breakfast is high quality. The staff does a great job in trying to accommodate all special wishes/needs.

The estoria is a nice hotel, staff is friendly, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is above average. They also have small coffee and complimentary snacks on each floor which is nice. Internet is also fast.
