Quality hotel, but not pompous. Excellent breakfast and smart room.

Great hotel in an excellent location on the outskirts of the Old Town. Can't fault the friendly staff. Room was cozy, of a good size and kept very clean. Breakfast was also delicious. Slightly let down by a plug socket coming off the wall and nowhere to hang an outdoor coat.

Great location for Christmas market and the Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and breakfast was ample. The bar stays open late which was nice too

Savoy is a really great hotel: it's located in the heart of Tallinn's old town and is very atmospheric. The rooms are not very big, but sufficient. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a real highlight - the selection and quality of the food is great. There are always fresh fruits, hot and cold breakfast options and nice desserts. Would definitely recommend Savoy to tourists or business travellers!

Great hotel and great service. However, I think you should be careful about the taxi you are calling for the customers. We just took a taxi you have called for us, and it was very unpleasant 8 minutes driving. This guy talks and looks down on us, sighed about our luggage, which made us to pull out luggages by ourselves. He called and accused us that we have SCRATCHED his car (found out we just cleared dirt on his car). It is not about savoy hotel, but when I think this nasty memories, it just remind me of savoy hotel.

Great little hotel in the old town, very good restaurant (try the fish appetizers platter). Rooms are nothing to write home about and the bathroom gets really messy(not enough ventilation and the water goes everywhere from the shower) also mine was missing soap(container was 2/3 empty. But overall it's a good experience and you should give it a try.
