  Современный спортивный комплекс. Большой зал для игры в баскетбол с приподнятой на пару метров трибуной для зрителей. Есть тренажёрный зал. Перед комплексом большая парковка и немного в стороне несколько троп здоровья с многочисленными мостиками.
