  The first time i wrote a bad reviews on a really bad restaurant experiencesh
  No one came and service and i guess they dont take Asian custmers, i was there and saw the waiter went to service other tables who came behind me, and even if i tried to ask for the menu and order the food, the waiter just ignored me and went to other tables, i did stand just in front of him!!.and then i went to other place

  One of the staff was quite rude and not service minded at all, didn't stay for more than a beer because of that.

  Overpriced and poor quality food. Service was very indifferent considering place was empty. Beer was more expensive than you would find elsewhere. There are many better places to eat in Tallinn

  I've learned that there's no customer service in many of Tallinn's restaurants but Kalle Kusta went beyond that. We went there on a Saturday afternoon, it was quieter then you'll expect, yet nobody welcomed us when we arrived. I went downstairs to grab a beer, there were two servers but they ignored me when I asked for a beer. No recommendations regarding the beers even if I asked for. We ordered but I forgot to ask how long it takes to get the food as we were in rush, so I went again donstairs where I found one of the previous servers. He answered in a very rude way "I don't know, maybe 10 or maybe 15 minutes". Anyway, the food came. My dish description in the menu was "Moose with mild sauce and gifts of the forest". What I got instead was a microwave warmed stew, with salad and fries. The only "gifts of the forest" was some caned chanterelles and a few cranberries. My wife ordered a "Hand made burger", which had the top bun soaked in ketchup. Both, my stew and my wife's burger were cold. At the end we didn't get the change back.

  Hyvä ruoka ja mukava ilmapiiri. Kaljatuoppi oli vajaa ja vessa ei mene lukkoon. Hinnat vanhankaupungin keskitasoa. Hyvä palvelu.
