Place to visit for sure, good food, good service, location also good, in old Town
Elegant and delicious. This is an upscale place with delicious food. Three courses without wine was about €90.
This was my second time here and because the first time was so good i thought that this couldn't be as good/better. But i was suprised again because food, drinks and service was again amazing! Excellent wine menu and everything i tasted was superior (considering the prices)! Service=👌
Previous visit at summer was very well, but at this time lamb shank was not heated enough (I know very well it was not cooked for me as it would have required several hours of cooking time) and when I ordered Grimbergen blonde from the draft, I received Grimbergen blanche - totally different beer. Once complained about the beer, I received 0,33l Leffe Blonde as a replacement for the originally ordered 0,5l Grimmbergen blonde. It's a shame my previous feelings of this place were turned down this much this evening.
Great fine dining restaurant! Great food!
Main and dessert were very good, appetizer tartar had a little too much meat
Very good food and excelent service. Not too expencive. We got our food (fish of the day and mussels) really fast despite that place was allmost full at saturday evening.
Classy place to have dinner with wine. Great food and good service. I would eat here again.
I visited this place on my own for a date with myself. Had some great drinks and delicious fruit beer. Starter scallops were absolutely delicious and main course mussels were nice as well. I was eating the mussels for the first time and I was a mess but my server never looked at me weird. Also he was very great with making drink recommendations. Peach beer was something I had not tried and enjoyed a lot.
Awesome place! Extremely delicious food and great service. Higly recommendable place! I ate scallops with pea puree for starter and squash risotto for main and both dishes were to die for!! 👌
As someone who usually eats at 'trendy' restaurants with some gimmic, it was nice to visit a good classic fine dining restaurant for once. Service was friendly and professional and I never felt like I had to wait for our waiter. Everything about the food was top notch, from presentation to taste. The saffron mussels were some of the best I've had, and escargots came in their shells with proper utensils for getting them out. Espresso was quite bad, although not worth dropping a star over. It was just an anticlimactic end to an otherwise great dining experience.
Altogether highly recommended, although skip the after dinner coffee or get tea instead.
The starter beef tartar was tasteless and I never got my main course. The recommended red wine was good.
Would not eat here again.
Nice atmosphere, good food and great service. Thanks a lot!
Food was good but menu was small and there was very hot in the restaurant.
I've eaten here twice now, once last July and once this may. Both times the place delivered. Everything I've tasted from the menu has been great, especially the mussels and the desserts! The waiters have also been really good at suggesting wines, not to mention that the wine list is very extensive at this restaurant.
