Nothing special in food and service, but nice atmosphere. I liked the restroom which were built in the old chimney of the house.
Prices are high as usual in the heart of the old town.

Excellent service and food in a great location. We came for a Christmas meal but 1 could only order the full 3 course menu as they only had 1 pumpkin soup left. They did offer another soup but not what we wanted. Others ordered from the a la carte menu which was still really good. This was our first Christmas meal out and we had the best time.

Decent place for a dinner, the menu has some place to improve. Specificly the main course with ox, it was tasteless piece and I found no good on that portion. Appetizers were great, goat cheese never fails 😊 Desert was okay but no parade for that.

Good food. Slightly over priced for Tallinn, and that's also the case for other restaurants in the center. But respectful and amazing staff nevertheless.

A comfy little place for coffee and bread among other nice meals. They have free wifi as well. Great for when you want to have a connection because there are a couple of Pokestops nearby.

We visited there during Tallinn tour. Food tastes good and nice atmosphere.
But one staff who has reddish hair was really nasty to us. Although we asked some slices of bread more, she had asked us what we have said again and again. "what?! I don't understand " then after finally she understood " I don't think you need it because you will have dessert soon. What !? You don't know what you are going to have !? You should know it even though it's fixed course decided by tour company"
We felt unwelcome and became very sad.

A modern take on classic Estonian food. Everything was very tasty and it is a great location. The have a nice outdoor seating area for nicer weather.

The food was modern, a bit different but pretty good and well prepared. Compared to other restaurants we've visited in Tallinn, the menu was at a very reasonable price.
The service was not bad at all. The waitress served us promptly and informed us about the waiting time. They were polite and friendly.
I can fully recommend the Kaerajaan. It was a quite nice experience.

I was about to score it 4 stars for the good food until I had the bill and discovered an additional 20% vat (unlike the 10 previous restaurants we did in the city)
Had a look to the menu outside: no mention of extra vat.
Feel like I've been fooled hate that :(
I'm really surprised nobody reported that before

Besides, food was good, really, but service so so. A smile doesn't cost a lot, does it ?

We went in and they were so rude for us. We couldn't even choose the table and when we sat down they didn't bring menus for us. This was bad experience.

Food here was great! The service was excellent with a short waiting time before the food was served. The upstairs toilet is unique too, due to the fact that it was right inside the fireplace. A must-visit place when visiting Tallinn.
