Absolutely terrifying rental experience with this company, after arguing for a month with a pro rent’s manager, i was unable to receive my money deposit back due to a tiny scratch, located at the very bottom of the bumper, even though car had numerous scratched before the car reservation, see pictures below. After all Manager named Tonu refused to return my deposit of 200.- and instead asked me to pay extra 40.- to cover the repairs, which is absolutely dishonest and unreasonable!
I strongly recommend to take a picture of every single inch before the car reservation, as the pro rent manager tempts to surcharge you and rip off your money deposit!response / report this review -

Prorent has never failed us and we've rented cars here several times. Their prices are fair and you know exactly what car you get, as opposed to the typical "or similar" that is prevalent with the bigger rental companies.
Hope to one day be able to rent electric cars in Estonia, when the charging infrastructure is better.response / report this review -

We worked with Tõnu and rented a car for a few days after scheduling the rental online. Each step (getting the car and returning it) took less than 5 minutes, with all details we needed explained told to us. Pricing is more than fair and went through to the card appropriately, and we weren't pushed into trying to upgrade on any service. We had no issues with communicating in English. Location is close enough to a bus stop you can bus in and out at the tail ends of the trip with no issues.

Terrible company! Do not hire any car from this company, they made us pay 100 euros for cleaning the car because they said we smoked inside the car and no one of us smokes The guy who bring us the car said that the we can't put fuel because the external oil filler was broken, we told him that we want to travel across the country so finally he fixed it and the guy go away with any explanation he not even said goodbye really bad manners, now i understant why is a cheap company.

Ordered vehicle was delivered 1 hr late and not cleaned. They do not deliver for late flights either. They are cheap, but for a reason.
