Badly in need of refurbishment. Its uglier than 10 years ago when it was already ugly. The higher than average prices may be easier to swallow if it wasn't so run- down.

I give them a five because their good customer service really stands out in comparison to other food shops / retail chains here in Tallinn. On the negative side, it's true that the lines are sometimes quite long, and a selection of fresh bread would be nice, but perhaps that's an unrealistic expectation for a small store.

Small shop with poor choice of food, but localy important, because it's situated in good place. Crew is funny, but kind. Sometimes shopping there takes alot of time.

The shop can handle basic needs but nothing more. There are often quite long queues.

Good service. The other night i forgot to take just bought goods (bottle of wine). When I came back 1day after, without any hope I asked if I can get this bottle, they kindly provided it to me and said they were trying/chasing me, but i was too quick to run away (hurrying for the late night bus).
