Had a late flight and check in, hotel has a good location, the room I had was very nice with a balcony. Breakfast on the morning was also good, buffet style.m Reallyed my stay.

Rooms are nothing special. Reception was very unmotivated and most of the time unfriendly. The bathroom is very small. The beds are comfortable for sleeping, for the price I would expect much more.

Very nice. Clean rooms, soap dispensers a little idiosyncratic but breakfast buffet excellent. Local enough for the old town but not quite in it.

Very very hard to find now when there is construction in the front door. They say they have parking, but it only has private paid parking which only accepts coins (has a card reader but no card work on it). Took me 1.5 hours to check in and get my car parked. The room was very noisy, even though I stayed during the week, but still a lot of noise from other rooms and on the corridors. The room itself was quite worn out, the shelves were very jiggly, and tv very very old.

It's a nice hotel with a good personnel. The room was clean and comfy, the view was almost non-existant but I didn't expect any either. There were some construction works going on by the street so getting there was a little uncomfortable in the beginning but once I discovered the other ways to approach it from the Narva road it was all ok.

Three plus for basic good hotel. Nice and clean, excellent breakfast: not the basic continental buffet. Smoothies, spinach omelette, waffles, fresh carrot juice and so on.

Good hotel modern, clean, but if ask favor to checkout one hour later because you need to change clothes , they try to charge even if the hotel is not full.

Love this hotel. Always very polite and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and modern. Perfect location, near to the port and from a short walk way from Tallinn Old Town and shopping centers. I would definately recommend to stay there.

Pros: gentle and helpful assistance. Quiet place, calm night. Nice breakfast. You can print boarding pass for free on a dedicated computer in the lobby. Air condition has thermostat (that is not usual even in a 4-star hotel).
Cons: the room was not properly clean at arrival, but on demand they resolved it in an hour.response / report this review
