I stayed in a suite, discovered in the morning that the water coming out of the taps was straight up brown, polluted. I had drank the water in the evening while brushing teeth and got very concerned. Informed the hotel staff asap, they said they would look into it. When i came back in the afternoon, they said they had fixed the issue, but didn't tell me what the issue was. Effectively, the brown color had disappeared, but i didn't even get an apology from the hotel. Pretty unnerving. Do not drink water out of the tap and be careful even using it for anything else. The whole hotel is marketed as a 4-star, and feels a lot more like a 3-star throughout.

Central radiators control seems weird. Too hot in the room and you can not open the window. Besides that very nice hotel.

Excellt comfy hotel with kind staff. Good value for the money if you want to have a 1st class stay in Tallinn. Situated opposite of Viru Shopping Mall. Only 4min to the old Town. Comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. Highly recommended. Good coffeshop in the basement..A cup of latte cost 3.50Euro

Perfectly good business hotel. Service is good, location excellent right next to the old town and minutes from the theatres and with Rotmann Center behind the hotel it makes a perfect place to stay.

Quick check in and check out. Always cooperative and helpful front desk. Prompt service. Excellent location. Major points are at a walking distance. Taxi and public transport easily available.

Really nice hotel. Have 5 floors of apartments, 1 for sauna and pool, 1 for events and 1 for lobby, restaurant, bar, etc. The rooms have nice heating system, but it is always a little bit cold, since the heating stops once you remove your card to leave. The breakfast is really nice, with a lot of calories food or light, many types of juice, cafe and tea. There is space to everyone have a calm and tasteful breakfast. The rooms and corridor has carpet. The rooms also have a nice view to the city's streets. It is close to a Cinema, old Town, malls etc.

Rooms are beautifully equipped with almost everything to make one feel relaxed at home. Customer care service delivered to every customer receiving services or asking for o e is far beyond one's expectation.
Rooms are specious and decorated, breakfast is incredible and the prices very much affordable. Would highly recommended every friend to stop by and enjoy the stay.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Come with mini bar, safe, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, etc. Service is great throughout. Breakfast has a large selection (although doesn't include much fresh fruit) and is available until 11am on the weekend. Really centrally located, easy to get to anywhere in Tallinn, especially old town.

Good location near the old town. The proximity to the center makes the rooms quite noise. Underground parking is a big plus.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, super good location (for example shopping nearby is easy and cinema is right next to hotel) and super breakfast.
Lobby is also nice place and worth a drink or two.

I always say that you can judge a hotel on the quality of the gym, since it's often low priority. The room is very tidy and good quality. Minibar hold what you would expect, and there's also a iron in the room (not standard these day unfortunately in many hotels). The spa looked nice (didn't try it) and the gym was great with high quality machines. I'll stay at Nordic Forum for my next visit in Talinn.

Friendly service at the front desk and restaurants! Amazing selections at the buffet. In the relaxing center, dry sauna, wet sauna , pool and hot tub are available. Oh And a small gym! Continent location, close to main attractions and the Viru Turg, crafts market; the mall Viru Keskus is across the street!! Awesome stay!

Beautiful, clean, classy. Friendly multilingual service, decent minibar at this day and age, brillliant relaxing area with saunas and a pool and a tub, you can even buy drinks there in the afternoob. Windows unwashed from the outside (bird poo) and carpet dusty on the edges. The view can be pretty Soviet to some directions. Still, definitely one of the better ones I've stayed in.
