I was really excited coming here, as I heard it was the best spa hotel in Estonia, relatively new as well. It's 4 years old.
Pros:
Beautiful design of interior
Great choice of spa treatments
Great variety of saunas and other bathing facilities
Cosy pub to have dinner and drink some beer
Great views on the sea (if you paid or just lucky to have them)
Playroom for children, as well as an outdoor playground.
Cons:
For a 4 year old hotel it looks shabby - bathrobes are worn, there are a lot if breaks and cleavage on furniture and walls
Not so tasty in the restaurant
If you don't have a sea view, you'll end up staring at the construction site just below your balcony (hopefully it's not forever, as there are quite a few unfinished constructions in Narva-Jõesuu)response / report this review -

The service at Noorus is quite good, the receptionists know English quite well, and the spa center is very nice. With great saunas and a nice bar where you can order smotthies, milkshakes, and alcoholic beverages. The staff is kind and is willing to help if you have any questions. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience for me.

Clean and very nice place at the Gulf of Finland.
While there one can walk over to river of Narva and see Russia on the other side of the river. Long beautiful beach and Spa section with lots of different saunas make this a cozy place for holiday.
As other this region's Spa and hotels, Noorus spa is mostly heavily populated by russians, one might think he's in Russia. Staff usually answers or welcomes you in russian, but they seem to speek other languages as well.response / report this review -

Very nice pools and spa area! Buffet dinner wasn't haute cuisine, but great for kids (and ok value for money). Nice breakfast. Awesome location at the beach. Unfriendly handling of our charging car -- management unilaterally put way too high a price on our invoice; reception was unwilling or unable to explain.

I world give it 5 starts but when i notified reception that in gym they don't have cleaning liquid for gym machines to clean sweat. That just simply ignored it. I wish the to management would take more seriously the quality of services tgey provide!
