  The place is OK, not my favourite, but the drinks are not very expensive. And it has this mysterious vibe since you have to know the adress and code to get in.

  Hidden place in the heart of Tallinn. Big enough to host groups, but you can also find some privacy in the second room with sofa and armchairs. Cheap beers and pretty good wine for only 3.5€
