More expensive than it used to be. Otherwise time has stopped here.
Lovely cafe for a quick snack (bakery)and coffee, reasonably priced and has this nice nostalgic Soviet Tallinn feel to it.
Fresh and delicious pastries that your russian/estonian grandmother would make. The selection changes throughout the day because they bake all the time. Interiour hasn't changed over the years, so it still looks like from Soviet times, but I guess it makes it more authentic. Some people say that the service is rude, but you have to understand that this is normal in Estonian culture. They just do their job and probably have been working there for many years. It's not a touristic place, so they won't act like that.
Very Dangerous place for heart health. The deserts are to die for.
Well, not a bad place.
Pastries are good, both sweet and not sweet.
But if you want to eat something, then there are better options in the same price range than this place.
Atmosphere is in "back to USSR" style.
Location is good, however parking is an issue here.
That is a unique and cool place! Interior is kept as it was from soviet times! Some might say service is rude but you just have to understand that these people work here also work here over 15 years and that "rude" service is also unique and historical as the place itself. Prices are very cheap. All bakery is always freshly made. And by the way - once a taxi drove in right inside the cafe through the window :))))
Unique soviet style pastries. Delicious food and lovely athmosphere. Friendly service.
This place I love. It has great food, backery, location and nice personnel, and still keep reasonable prices and something rare in the atmosphere here, what appeals deeply and warmly to me and my friends from the Eastern Europe. Some spirot of a top notch Soviet era conditorei is still many elements of design here. Can't express it any different, it's just some feeling from that happy part of childhood, which makes me very comfortable and happy here.
Good food for a small price, but very rude and unpleasant service
Very slow kitchen, high prices. Best pastries in Tallinn.
The best pastries in Tallinn! Although they dont have variety in coffee options During the week they offer good meals for lunch time.
Soviet style interior café. Has a takeout for pastries and the café side.
Opened in 1960 still have the same old soviet style coffee shop with modern service and tastes, must visit to try home made "saiakesed" - cakes .
