  OMG is this a joke! While checking in to the hotel, I’m informed that they have problems with the keys (I actually believe they do not have enough keys for the entire hotel) and ask me to go by the reception to have them assist me opening the room when needed. However, when I do this the hotel clerk is obviously annoyed and is very unwilling to assist me. The rooms are OK but the most unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful hotel staff I have ever encountered.

  Beautiful old hotel, right on the edge of the old town. Very clean, good food and helpful pleasant staff. We will be back
