Nice hotel with good location in old town. But compared to other 4-star hotels that i have visited, my expectations were a little higher. Especially breakfast that wasn't so rich choice and the worker who cleaned the table was wearing jeans, t-shirt and sneakers. In our room the king size bed was actually two separate beds abd they moved away from eachother too easily, so we had like two beds. We had a standard room and we were satisfied with the stay in total with the lower price than other 4-star hotels, so lower price gives less, thats it.

The location is great, inner yard rooms have a lot of character, nicely preserved medieval buildings design. The service and breakfast need to be improved. Receptionist wasnt friendly at all, may be was sick or something. kinda felt unwelcomed there. The breakfast room was too small, the only one coffee machine created long queues. The tables were full of dirty dishes, only one cleaning lady was taking care of cleaning the table, washing the dishes and bring the clean dishes back. And doing that all by hands, using a cart is not possible due to the stairs leading to washing room. This should be improved and possibly could be found a way to make it more efficient. May be if the staff wasnt so busy they could smile to the customers. Next time we will stay in some other hotel for sure.

I love the old building preserved and converted in to hotel. Though rooms are little narrow but we didn't mind. Location is also very good.

It's not quiet a 4* hotel. Otherwise it's all right. Wear and tear in my room 407 was a bit too obvious. Not enough racks and hangers. Only one chair. And some charge for using coffee pods, strange. Warm bathroom floor was great, air gets dry quickly and I used bathroom to dry shoes and clothes after rain. Yeah, stairs can be a pain for someone. Staff wasn't very helpful, one day I couldn't even reach them by calling office numbers. And they should get second coffee machine in the breakfast area.

Verey small room, no space for walking in the room! Lift just for 1-3 floor, to 4th or 5th just stairs. The only positive is city center

Nice personal clean rooms with mediocre breakfast. Also make sure you get the room you ordered as staff night not know. Still the atmosphere and really nice house was worth small mistakes

Cosy old town hotel. If you do not like americano for your breakfast, can always get some nice latte in a neighbouring caffe downstairs.

Excellent location in Old Town of Tallinn and beautiful hotel. The service was ok and rooms were not so properly cleaned by housekeeping. There were wonderful restaurants and pubs near the hotel. I would suggest to stay here.

Nice place in the MIDDLE of old town. Preferred. Affortable. Adequate service. Willing to go again. Walking distance to whole old town.
