  I have already used several times the services of Meridian Travel to book my family holidays and it was always a great client experience. From understanding exactly our needs, listening carefully to our concerns, suggesting best opportunities according to their vast experience made all the family feel completely comfortable with the flights, the accommodations in different locations across Europe. During the holidays, we always felt supported by having regular contacts from Meridian Travel professionals to know how we were, especially with our young toddlers (3 and 2 years old). The plan they have prepared for us to enjoy the local attractions was exquisite and made us feel like having a real 5 star/VIP service. Finally, upon our return, we had some issues with the flights delays which were promptly managed by their professionals in supporting us to find a solution. We can't wait for our next holidays as they will for sure be organised by Meridian Travel.

  Путешествую от этой туристической фирмы по всему миру уже много лет. Фактически они являются моими постоянными и единственными туристическими агентами, которым просто называю страну или даты, а все дальнейшее делают они - находят лучший и удобный транспорт, лучшие отели, лучшие экскурсии.

  Ужасное и нетактичное отношение к клиентам. Ольга Жукаускене проявила себя, как непрофессиональный сотрудник. Если не хотите портить нервы, избегайте общения с этой особой.
