A fantastic place for a 3 to 4 night stay..staff are so friendly..willing to help in anyway they can..they cant do enough for yourooms are claen..and cleaned every day..brilliant 👍👍👍👍

Poor wifi, non working Air Conditioning and spiders in one of the rooms I was offered on the bottom floor. Lighting in the bathroom is very hospital like and it seems interior wise the bathroom is not actually finished yet). Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is fine. In general this is not the best place to stay in unless you get rock bottom price for the room.

Staff was lovely but omg I felt claustrophobic! So small and didn't even have a enough space to put my luggage open. Cafeteria was in the basement and air was bad. I'm v sensitive with air, but from fabric and its space there was a very strange smell and really found it uncomfortable. Some might find their design interesting but Tallinn has those types of design everywhere and by the end of the day, it's nothing special cuz everywhere U'd find cave style looking restaurants. Location was horrible in terms of getting there from where I got off from Siljah Ferry with my luggage. Old City in Tallinn is a tiny tiny place and I think you can stay anywhere in the Old City not too far from the ferry station and still will not have a problem getting touristic places.

Very nice hotel perfectly situated in the middle of the old City. Short walk from the ferry boat. Staff were nice and friendly. If you're not into staying up late ask for a room near the back of the hotel.

Absolutely one of the best hotels in the Baltics. Rooms are of a very high standard, each one having a unique feel and experience. Staff are incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgable. Food is great, and the small ice bar is a great place to relax.I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tallinn!

The rooms where smaller then listed online. My room was below street level. Dirty under the beds. Room keys limited to 1. Great location. In the middle of the old town.

This was a wonderful little hotel. Lots of character, unique rooms, sauna in the basement, spa features available. My room was small but very comfortable and I was hardly there. The restaurant was in the basement and very unique. The location was perfect. I could walk down to the main square for restaurants and cafes, I could walk up to get up to the sites and church up top. Restaurants and stores on every corner and the people were wonderful.
