This place was a complete joke. I don't know where the other visitors were staying, but the pictures don't represent the hostel at all, the customer service was bad, rude, and scamming — the girl charged 30 EUR for a small dog or 70 EUR for two nights, meaning a small room with pretty much nothing but WI-FI was 20 EUR per night for a person and 15 EUR for a dog!!! Also late evening there were Russians talking in the next room so one couldn't sleep. Do yourself a favour and choose something better for this kind of price. And for the love of god, avoid Russians at all cost. Even in Tallinn.

Worst hostel where I've been. Arrogant, money scamming russians in reception.

Nice hotel in very good place of Tallinn. Clean and comfy. 4 stars for that. But no breakfast at the moment - due renovation.
Parking outside is free. But also you can order closed parking for additional 5 or 6 EUR.

Nice looking old hotel was ruined by terrible renovation. Under the vinyl mat was an old fitted carpet and vinyl mat was not clued on floor. Even ceiling lamps was hanging on wires and they were not installed right.

The only reason I chose a hotel over airbnb is I was arriving at 1 AM. I told the reception about it in advance and nobody took time to explain how to get inside. I got lucky because one of the residents was out having a smoke. The room was just across the reception with no sense of privacy and smelled funky. They have a shared bathroom which has not seen renovation since the soviet union. The hotel itself is as car from the city center as in gets in Tallin. For 35 euros a night this was a total ripoff.

Nice hotel for that price! It was only strange that no soap and no towels in rooms. Good place.

Cheap large rooms, but that's it. Rooms are clean but minimal and a bit outdated, breakfast just toast and coffee, and due to bad doors and windows, it can be pretty noisy. Taxi to center is about 6-10€, but Kadriorg is by the corner.

Great prices but oddly located. The sea view room is not really worth it.

Not very expensive: in non-busy seasons a bed in a 5-bed room is 10 euro per night, and a room with two beds is 40 euro or so. However in summer the price could double.

It's clean, but there are some fleis, big mosquitoes, even a mouse once.

People work here mainly speak russian, with very basic English skills. But it's OK.

Laudary (washing+drying) 7euros. I used the landuary service once but they charged me twice because the first time they did not put the charging record into their system.

I would recommend this place if you want to stay near the sea (it's just literally accross the street, but only sea view, no sand beach, which is 4km or so to the north) and could not or would not want to spend too much.
