  Unique historic fortification tower. Well restored. Cafe with a great view and atmosphere. Definitely must visit.

  Good place to grab a drink and a bite after climbing to the top of the tower. Relax with the clock and the artwork while enjoying great views. That is if you can see out the small windows. Note that the cafe is not always open

  I paid 27 eu for 2 hot chocolates (with Vana Tallinn), one donut and a tiny chocolate truffle. After hearing that was way too much, and suspecting a massive rip off, there is no way for me to get money back, because i didn't get a receipt. Correct price or not (feels wrong), I feel massively ripped off and I do not recommend this place.

  A great spot where to perch with your SO with a couple of cappuccinos and to enjoy the romantic view of old town roof tiles.
