  Worst buying experience possible. Store is rarely busy, yet its impossible to actually complete a purchase due to weird multi-step order placement system with understaffed crew.

  Would have given 5 stars all the way because the products and the sales persons both in living room and bedroom department were really nice and helpful. Unfortunately the customer service desk employee was rude and unfriendly.
