Tulime täna lapsega kohale. Paluti viisakalt menüü võtta ja lauas hiljem oma tellimust esitada. Kui olin tulutult vajutanud "Call" nuppu ja ootasin 30 minutit, siis läksin leti äärde. Sealt minult keelduti tellimust võtmast, väga ebaviisakalt, öeldi, et oodaku lauas. Kui ma ütlesin, et ei soovi jälle pool tundi oodata na soovin kohe oma tellimust esitada, siis mulle öeldi ära. Väga kehtv teenindus ja äärmiselt ebaviisakas noormees-teenindaja.

I have been here two times but the last time was pretty bad.
It was during a lunch hour on a Tuesday. The place was about half-empty with two people serving the customers. But to be able to provide a good service for that amount of tables they definitely need at least one more person helping out.
Our menu and orders were taken in in a decent amount of time but the second part of our stay started to get slower and slower.
We sat at a good table so we had a good view of the whole place. Fortunately we were able to see a close-up experience of another family who had to wait for 10 minutes to get their menus and the table cleaned of the previous diners at that table and another 15 minutes to get their order taken. After that time it was already time for us to go but I hope they finally got their food - wasn't able to witness it though. But you could see it from their faces that they were far from happy about the waiting times.
Also from other tables we saw that many orders were mixed up and when one family ordered 2 lattes from the counter you could just hear a large SIGH from the waiter.
So in general if you want to pop in for a little drink and a cake and let your kids run around and play this is a decent place. But I won't be going back for sure - many other places far better in Tallinn where to spend a nice lunch with the family.response / report this review -

Teenindus on hea+1, ruumi disain on hea+1, toit on restorani hinnaga-1, toidu kvaliteet ei vasta hinnale-2. Ostes kas rimi või selveri külmaletist, kvaliteet on parem. ilmselt kokka seal ei olegi. Soojendatakse vajadusel. Ei soovita seal süüa.

It is an eatery for children and their parents and children's playground is really great. The table service is a bit slow, the place is noisy and crowded, the food is not cheap, but mostly tasty. Healthy options are limited.

This place has turned out way above average. The service personnel still smile and handle kids with joy. Foof is just on the mediocre scale, but the activities for children do compensate for it. A must go with kids. Specially with ones who already know Lotte and her friends!
