Quick but poor service. Higher price than hipster Kalamaja. WTH?

Need a haricut without setting up a time and for reasonable price? This might be it. I´m not a regular klient there, but once in a while i simply walk in. Alwasy been treated well. Current price for regular cut was 14€, which aint bad. When needing something extra ordinary and stylish, look elsewhere, when you need simple classic cut, this is it.
