Best place for chilling. Be prepared for higher prices than expected as many craft beers and speciality drinks are served. There is a large seating area with various crowd passing by: local nobodies, service staff going for their one drink after late shifts and their compadres. There is a disco room which often features bands. Best night so far: Guilty Pleasure - hosted once a month for all MTV Popular Culture lovers. There is an entry free at the door; sometimes voluntary, sometimes 5€ and above. I recommend to check opening times and events on their facebook page beforehand as it is a bit of a walk from local hot spots.

Kelm has changed a lot throughout the years. What I really like is that is always a solid place to go for concerts and good parties in general. It's a landmark in Tallinn. Expect to pay for entrance on the weekends, but worthy every cent. From metal to reggae, and many other types of music. Also language Cafe and sometimes alternative markets. Don't miss it.

Fantastic place, here I knew so many people. Nice beer choice and the wheel was so cool. I won 4 beers with 5 euro by spinning this wheel. Such a nice place!
