  Center of already established but not yet stagnated culture. Everything happening there is safe but still fresh.

  It is a very unusual place! Former factory was re-designed to house interesting and very creative events, like Tallinn Coffee Festival or Design Fair. . Very spacious, near the city center.

  Fresh opened place which was rebuilt from old boiler house. There are co-working rooms, hall with scene and steampunk industrial decorations.
