Kuidagi kurb ja õnnetu oli siin olla, head kaasaegset teenindus- ja ärikultuuri puudust oli tunda, lisaks koristamata lauad jne. Sulgemiseni aega veel ligi 1 tund aga juba jääb tunne, et oleks rööm kui klient lahkuks. .. kahju. Samas hinnatase ei vasta teenusele. Kunagine esinduskohvik, millest alles vaid nimi ja asukoht.

Decent coffee place with traditional cakes but also interesting creations. Nice interieur. We liked the second floor better because it was less crowded. Friendly staff.

A great intimate spot for coffee and a pastry in Old Town Tallinn. The café, the oldest in the city, features a warm wooden interior dating back to 1864, with plush drapes, a range of comfy seating (including window seats for people watching), and beautiful ceilings. Definitely worth a visit, if only to view the innovative teacup ferris-wheel window display!

Ine of the oldest cafes in Tallinn. Hard ti get there if local, but easy if tourist - Old Town location is both a plus and minus. Great place in summer, but really hard to get in winter. Food was worth trying but not 100% success. Deserts were delicious.

It's an institution in old town Tallinn. Quite touristy. I liked the cherry and almond dessert I tried. There is a good selection. Seems reasonable prices but perhaps expensive by Estonian standards. Staff were fine. Tables near window more fun for people watching and close to the Ferris wheel of tea cups or train carrying tea cups. Also sells lovely chocolates. Bought some delicious marzipan.

The interior is so cozy and it reminds you of older times. The food was great and I had really hard time in picking up which dessert should I take. I got a cherry chocolate cake and it was fantastic but I am pretty sure that anything else was amazing as well.

This is a grand cafe. It is the oldest cafe in talinn and has a marzipan sweet section to the side, while the wheel and train are quirky, the view upstairs is lovely.

Came here in the early morning when it's quite I think this is the best time to come to have a nice coffee. The surround are very cool and make sure a great place to start the day it's the oldest cafe in Tallinn and the tourists know it for sure as the come in droves so sick to the quiet times of you want to enjoy.

Came here for breakfast, it was nice and quiet. However, it can get busy. I've got to be honest I didn't enjoy my coffee or my cream puff, my fault and not the fault of the staff. My wife had a cinnamon pretzel and a latte, she loved it.

I don't feel the service was that good and although the place is the oldest cafe in Tallinn, I felt the window displays could have done with a dust.

We were in the first floor. The food was absolutely fabulous! I had roasted duck on carrots and the duck was wonderfully juicy and the carrots still with a crunch. The Tchai Latte I tried was on the sweeter side, too sweet for my liking. Maiasmokk also has gorgeous interior and shop windows. And all that at much more affordable costs compared to the restaurants in the main plaza (my duck was ~10-11€, if I remember correctly). But I must subtract one star for the poor service. Our server ignored us several times when we wanted to order or pay and constantly glared at everyone. Would come again for the food but would truly hope for better, friendlier service.

Good coffee and tasty snacks and cakes in a beautiful vintage coffee shop interior. Busy in the morning and popular with tourists, luckily the prices haven't increased accordingly.

We went back in the evening and the coffee wasn't up to the same standard as in the morning. Probably a different barista.

Well known for their marzipan. Which you can watch them decorate by hand during your visit. Oldest bakery in Estonia. Lots of sweets to choose from as well as a full menu. Back room smells like coffee and pie.

Little bit overpriced but still worth it.
