I went there in early hours of Oct. 19th. Great service, just excellent band and the singer was just a genius! Narva Joensuu can be a dangerous place, though, in the dark of the night. So never go alone but in a group and let other people know where you are. During the day everything is OK, though. Beautiful surroundings of Narva Joesuu resort village in the northeasternmost tip of Estonia, just steps away from the mouth of Narva river and our border with russia. Hence comes the name Narva Joensuu. It was earlier called Hungerburg if this tells anybody anything. Development in late 19th century brought in tourists from St. Petersburg elite and elsewhere. With ups and downs the resort has been at that place ever since.
