The place was very booked during May holidays: parking place was not enough nearby hotel so we parked down in the street (free of charge). Since we focused more on planning of our route, we omitted to schedule massage in advance.. So, when we came, there were no slots available at all coz only 2 massage specialists are working but there were 4 of us. The girl from reception gave us couple of other addresses were we could probably order a massage, but these two spa centers in other hotels were also fully booked. Finally, daily cleaning was seemless Looks like it took them 5 min max to put in order our beds. Towels were neither changed nor put on order. Our friends were less lucky Their room was not cleaned at all.

Pretty cozy stay in Kuressaare.
+ Staff was really nice and good with solving problems.
+ Coffee was super delicious.
+ Breakfast was plentyful, local breads, sausages, cheese.
+ Parking is free in Spas parking lot and on the streets.
+ Spa was rather quiet and enjoyable.
+ view from the outdoor hot tub is really nice, even in the dark.

- Could hear neighbours occasionally
- Spas parking lot tends to fill up pretty fast
- Turkey in the menu reminded me something that had been cooked the day before and then left out to dry for 24 hrs

What a desappointement. This is the biggest standard Room we havewhat a joke. This is not a standard room this is à corridor !!! 110€ for a night breakfast included.just hope it will be great.didn t visite Spa yet
We were two weeks ago in Riga for 68€ down town a 45 sm room breakfast included.People here in Saaremaa should try to find inspiration abroad.

Loved the procedures, had a facial Mud treatment, the lady doing the treatment told me that I have specially sensitive skin and should use products which are for very sensitive skin! Enjoyed the outside swimming pool and saunas! Everyone from the staff was as nice as you could imagine!

The breakfast was awesome, so wide choice almost for every taste. SPA is a little bit not what SPA is about, there should be more facilities. There are only the Finnish Sauna, Sanarium, and Steam (Turkish) sauna. Massage was nice. It's nice they include robes in the room so you can easily walk around the hotel.

The SPA is modern and cozy little place, there are glass walls all around the swimming pool, so you can enjoy the view. Some underwater massage in pool. Three saunas, warm in wardrobe, can change water temperature in shower. Strange that everything is new, but the hairdryer, it's like the one from 80's :)

Modern hotel in the old town. Room was cosy but with thin walls; we were unlucky as our neighbours decided to have a chat late at night! The spa is small and somehow cold as the temperature of the pool wasn't high enough. There's one jacuzzi only and 2 saunas + 1 in the changing room. Avoid if you are looking for a proper spa experience.

Johan Spa Hotel is cosy and with unique design. Breakfast table was good with enough dishes. Spa zone was decent except some parts in pool which were broken. Great location.

Although my room was very small it was comfortable and functional. The breakfast was a bit better than average . The pool wasn't very clean but it was warm and the pool deck is convenient to the bar.The spa facilities were very nice. Customer service at reception was efficient and cold ,in other words, typically Estonian. WiFi was quite fast. The location is very close to pubs and restaurants. I liked the place and stayed an extra day.
