  For Estonia it's ok, but if you're expecting to see Niagra Falls then you're going to be disappointed.

  Suggestive spot, easy to reach with the car.
  Small parking lot nearby, stairs will bring you down near the waterfall.

  заезжать надо с дороги 262, тогда можно подойти в водопаду / It's better to drive up to the waterfall by Road 262 to have an opportunity to reach the water

  One of the "must see" nearby Tallinn. Not Niagara, but with high water looks lovely. Another great idea is to visit this place when temperatures are low, and it's frozen.

  Such a beautiful, calm place. 2 observation points on different sites. Easy to find, good place for camp. On of the best waterfalls in Estonia.
